Rayana Googoo

The Native people wear regalia. Some regalias are made out of leather, beads, jingles, animal fur, feathers and shells. The regalias are all made different depending where you live.

It is important to smudge the dresses before they are used. You should respect the regalia, and ask permission to touch it. When they dance, some of the dancers wear pouches, and in the pouches there's medicine such as sweetgrass and indian medicine. The dancers usually have their hair in braids.
