Entries may be from students in First Nation schools or from Native students in provincial schools.

Upper Elementary (Grade 4 - 6)$50
Early Elementary (K - Grade 3) $50
All participants will receive special recognition and their entries will be published on the internet. Honourable Mention winners will also receive a special pewter Help Desk pin or keychain.

“Spiritual” is a term often used to describe Native people. How would you describe that special character of spirituality to non-Natives?
You may use ceremonies, history, or personal experiences to illustrate how spirituality is a very important part of life.
Teachers may determine age-appropriate media for young entrants.
